The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is proud to present the Substance Use Disorders (SUD) Statewide Conference, entitled “Focusing the SUD Systems of Care Toward Recovery.” To focus the SUD systems of care toward recovery, language, culture, and spirit of recovery are essential throughout prevention, treatment, and recovery. This year’s conference will promote the opportunities and challenges to accomplish this. The conference will take place August 22-24 at the Sheraton in Pomona, California. The call for presenters is now open until April 5, 2017.
