The AB 2034 Training and Technical Assistance Project assists counties to implement AB 2034 and meet the goals of reducing homelessness, incarceration and hospitalization of adults with psychiatric disabilities who are homeless.
CIBHS has pursued policy-relevant studies of CalWORKs participants with behavioral health or domestic violence issues since 1999.

Over a three and one half year period, eight sites in four California counties implemented one of SAMHSA’s evidence-based practices, Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment (IDDT).
