Two Day Collaborative Kickoff Event: At this session, participants will work with their peers to practice process improvement in the critical areas of clinical, operations, and finance.
One Day Learning Sessions (2): At these sessions, participants will have an opportunity to learn and share progress with peers.
One Day Close Out Session: At this session, participants will celebrate successes and share results and best practices with peers!
Ongoing Follow-up and Support Activities:
Coaching: After the training, with support from your coach, you and your team will work on making changes in your organization using the tools and strategies you learned during the two-day workshop.
Teleconference calls: In the months following the workshop, you’ll participate in follow-up coaching calls. The first will take place after you’ve completed two to three weeks of change project work. You and your coach will schedule these to meet your availability.
Fieldwork: In the six months following the workshop, you will refine and complete your change project.
Webinars: “All Participant Webinars” will address topics that are relevant to the collaborative participants. Schedule to be determined.
