CIBHS seeks to hire a Senior Associate level position to assist in the implementation of recovery-oriented, evidence-based practices designed to improve outcomes for people diagnosed with a mental illness, including individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders. This person will work as part of a team to carry out initiatives in the CIBHS Strategic Plan related to increasing support for practices designed to mitigate social determinants of mental health. This person will primarily support implementation of Strengths Model case management in California but will also potentially be involved in implementation of other evidence-based practices, including the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Model of Supported Employment and Education, Assertive Community Treatment, Illness Management and Recovery, and Housing First Supported Housing.
This person will assist behavioral health organizations in California to implement and sustain Strengths Model case management and other recovery-oriented, evidence-based practices. This includes:
Guiding organizations through pre-implementation activities including determining outcome measures to evaluate effectiveness, define processes to use data to guide continuous improvement efforts, determine organizational structures and supports needed to implement the practice effectively, identify members of a steering committee to oversee implementation efforts, and identify a champion(s) to keep the practice on the organizational agenda.
Co-facilitating skill-building workshops.
Guiding organizations through implementation activities including leading topic-specific coaching calls for agency staff, reviewing tools and providing feedback with team, providing on-site skill development including field mentoring, and supporting teams to establish strengths-based group supervision.
Conducting fidelity reviews to determine alignment with specific practice standards and writing detailed fidelity reports to guide improvement efforts.
CIBHS seeks to hire a Senior Associate level position to support the evaluation of efforts to improve outcomes for people diagnosed with a mental illness, including individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders. This person will work as part of a team to assess and improve the effectiveness of evidence-based, promising, and emerging practice implementation; conferences, convenings, and trainings; and other activities in support of the CIBHS Strategic Plan.
Under the direct supervision of the Operations and HR Manager, this position will provide basic onsite technical support to CIBHS staff in the resolution of computer, mobile device, desktop phone system, multimedia, printing and connectivity problems. Along with our IT team, the ITSS will provide daily computer operations and telephony support as necessary both for planned and unplanned occurrences. Additionally, this positon will support meeting related data connectivity, including setup and support of audio visual (AV) systems including video conference, audio conference and presentations systems necessary to ensure successful deliver of AV services to CIBHS staff and visitors.
CIBHS is in search of a highly motivated Project Coordinator with excellent communication, organizational and administrative skills. Incumbent will be responsible for supporting our program staff with timely and accurate processing of the duties listed below.
