This was a convening of Behavioral Health Workforce leaders to review what has worked, what could be improved, lessons learned and to identify the gaps which exist in the BH workforce. Ultimately, at the close of the day, we expected to have identified strategies and innovative ideas to put forth that would ensure access to services through a diverse and responsive workforce.

Entities and Individuals involved in the engagement, recruitment, and development of the public behavioral health system workforce. This included State and County level Policy Makers, Higher Education, Educational Guilds/Foundations, County and Community-based Behavioral Health Providers, Provider Associations, etc.
