The “Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System (DMC-ODS)” is a
Pilot program to test a new paradigm for the organized delivery
of health care services for Medicaid eligible individuals with
substance use disorder (SUD). The DMC-ODS will demonstrate
how organized substance use disorder care increases the success
of DMC beneficiaries while decreasing other system health care
costs.
Under contract #15-92265 with the California Department of
Health Care Services, CIBHS provides training to counties and
providers implementing the Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery
System (DMC-ODS) Waiver. In 2017, the primary emphasis will
