The CIBHS Fiscal Leadership Institute series provides county behavioral health fiscal leaders with information and tools to address new challenges in a post-Affordable Care Act (ACA) environment. Taking place on December 2nd and 3rd in Sacramento, the two-day conference was the seventh in a training series focused on equipping fiscal leaders with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to manage the complex environment of county behavioral health services financing.
