The purpose of the Fiscal Leadership Institute is to provide in-depth practical information for county behavioral health finance managers and staff statewide. Through a series of four interactive webinars, the Institute will focus on the specialized fiscal needs of counties and will also incorporate current and emerging federal and state fiscal policy topics that impact behavioral health financing.

In addition, DHCS will be offering “office hours” during the August and September sessions. Counties will have the opportunity to schedule private appointments with DHCS staff to discuss specific fiscal challenges and questions.
