The California Institute for Behavioral Health Solutions (CIBHS) is a non-profit agency supporting health professionals, agencies, and funders to improve the lives of people with mental health and substance use challenges through policy, training, evaluation, technical assistance, and research. Headquartered in Sacramento, CA, CIBHS was established as the California Institute for Mental Health (CiMH) in 1993 to promote excellence in mental health services. Local mental health directors founded CiMH to work collaboratively with all mental health system stakeholders. Master’s degree or Doctorate in Behavioral Health or business-related field
10+ years’ senior level management experience in a behavioral health organization

Work Environment Skills: Exceptional organizational judgment and acumen, with the ability to partner with key decision makers and offer effective options and solutions. Proven ability to effectively provide solutions to strategic challenges within an organization or program.
