Pathways for Mental Health Services Core Practice Model Guide

California Social Work Education Center (CalSWEC): CalSWEC has developed a Katie A. toolkit that contains information from state agencies as well as various training and resource materials shared by county agencies. Other information on this site includes assessment and screening tools, technical assistance, child welfare and mental health learning collaborative, policy and procedural tools, fiscal and funding tools, and planning tools.
California Department of Health Services (CDHS): CDHS provides a historical overview of Katie A., the Pathways to Mental Health Services – Core Practice Model Guide (CPM) and the Medi-Cal Manual for ICC, IBHS and TFC for Katie A. Subclass Member (Medi-Cal Manual).
California Department of Social Services (CDSS): In addition to the same resources CDHS provides, CDSS offers a weekly technical assistance call to answer questions regarding implementation, the CPM, and the Medi-Cal Manual.
Chadwick Center for Children and Families: Chadwick provides technical assistance regarding assessment and screening, child advocacy, and trauma treatment.
Child & Family Policy Institute of California (CFPIC): CFPIC advances the development of sound public policy and promotes program excellence in County Human Services Agencies through research, education, training and technical assistance.
Los Angeles County: Los Angeles County has developed a support site that contains programs and resources, data reporting information and their plan for compliance.
Parents Anonymous: They maintain evidence-based, culturally responsive, and innovative programs, strategies, and initiatives for the millions of fearless parents, children, and youth who successfully change their lives forever.
Regional Training Academies (RTAs)
