Engaging Youth in the Implementation of Pathways to Well-Being (Katie A.) July 31, 2014
A key value and principle of the implementation of Katie A. is that youth are full partners in the process in order to ensure better outcomes for children and families. In this webinar, three organizations will present their approaches:
The California Youth Connections Statewide Representative will discuss the importance of youth voice in the development and implementation of state and local policies.
VOICES from Napa County will provide information on how partnering with youth and local agencies at the local level can improve services, supports and outcomes for foster youth.
Youth Partner Program from Riverside County will share how they have increased youth voice in staff meetings, work groups, stakeholder convenings, and system wide improvement plans.
