Charlotte Bullen, MSHCA, joined CIBHS in October 2018 as Senior
Project Coordinator for the Los Angeles County’s Substance Use
Disorder Organized Delivery System Project.
Charlotte received both her Bachelor of Science and Master of
Science in Health Care Administration from California State
University, Long Beach. She has over 7 years of experience in
project and training coordination. Prior to joining CIBHS,
Charlotte served as Training Coordinator for UCLA Integrated
Substance Abuse Programs (UCLA-ISAP) and the Pacific Southwest
Addiction Technology Transfer Center (HHS Region 9). In addition,
she also has experience in the hospital setting, where she served
as a Management Assistant at Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute. She
assisted with research, patient follow-up surveys, and other
projects related to quality improvement.
