Ms. Addis is a graduate of UCSC and the University of Copenhagen with a Master’s Degree in Cultural Anthropology. Rikke has particular interests in data-driven decision-making, evidence-based practices, and the participatory evaluation method. Rikke’s areas of expertise include qualitative and quantitative data analysis, research, and evaluation.
CIBHS provides data collection/management and evaluation services to a range of clients including counties, community-based providers, the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and other government agencies such as commissions and oversight bodies as well as doing special projects, focused studies, and foundations – both quantitative as well as qualitative analysis. Evaluation of evidence-based practice implementation, fidelity, outcomes, and effectiveness as well as consumer experience of care surveys are two major components of the team’s works.
