Who should participate?

October 4, 2017

The Change Leader Academy is perfect for leaders who want to boost their capacity to deliver better results, as well as emerging leaders who want to develop their capacity to plan and lead change. A LEARN-DO-SHARE approach will be used, allowing participants an opportunity to learn new concepts, engage in activities to practice what they just learned, and develop an implementation plan for their agency. Each agency will be assigned an Expert Coach who will offer guidance during the implementation phase.

Two people are invited per agency to participate in the Change Leader Academy. The ideal pair will consist of those that see the change/improvement as a priority or will be most impacted by the change and/or have the authority to make improvements. Having two people participate in the “in-person” learning sessions is critical to improve success. It is essential that the two people that participate can attend both days of the “in-person” learning sessions.

Space is limited! Once you enroll, we ask that you make every effort to attend learning sessions and participate in the coaching calls and fieldwork. The effort will pay off!

Cancellation: Since there is no fee to attend, there is no financial penalty. As a courtesy, once you have registered if you do not plan to attend, PLEASE contact Kim Waterman at kwaterman@cibhs.org, no later than 10-days before the event date. Substitutions are allowed! If one of your team members is not able to attend last minute, please substitute another individual.
