Advancing Substance Use Disorder Systems of Care
Rooted in our extensive work across California, CIBHS advances equitable responses to substance use disorders by building resilient, evidence-based systems of care designed for broad community impact. Through training, technical assistance, and collaborative partnerships, we support prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and recovery-oriented services that are evidence-based, community-defined, and culturally responsive.
Working alongside counties, providers, and community organizations, we help reduce barriers to care, expand access to medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD), and improve outcomes for individuals, families, and communities impacted by substance use.
