Let’s work together to improve the behavioral health system in California and beyond

Practice Areas

CIBHS partners with communities, providers, and systems to transform the behavioral health ecosystem through three core practice areas: expert training, technical assistance and capacity building; and third-party administration services.

Technical Expertise

CIBHS operates at the intersection of clinical expertise and systemic transformation. Our seven core areas of technical expertise represent a comprehensive ecosystem designed to move behavioral health forward. By blending the rigor of Implementation Science and EBPs with a deep commitment to Health Equity and Community-Defined Practices, we ensure that every solution—from Youth Mental Health to Substance Use Disorder treatment—is sustainable, scalable, and rooted in the real-world needs communities.
