Senior Associate, Practice Implementation and Improvement
CIBHS is recruiting for a Senior Associate level position. This position requires an individual who works well within a team environment; can make independent and autonomous decisions; has strong critical thinking skills; has a clinical background and network; is energetic, innovative, and detail-oriented; has strong organizational and communication skills and is responsive to customer needs. This position must also be comfortable being entrepreneurial and monetizing CIBHS values. Working under the direct supervision of a CIBHS Director, this position is responsible for business development, writing of proposals, research, budgeting, contracts, planning and implementation of CIBHS projects which may include training and technical assistance; invoicing for work performed; and other activities requested by CIBHS customers. Contract Administrator
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Finance, the Contract Administrator is responsible for managing, including reviewing, executing, and processing, business contracts for financial agreements and business proposals. This position will work with leadership to establish goals and ensure each contract meets these objectives and conforms to legal requirements while collaborating with fiscal and administrative staff to monitor contractual obligations.
Project Coordinator
California Institute of Behavioral Health (“CIBHS”) is recruiting for a Project Coordinator with excellent administrative and training support. The Project Coordinator serves as an essential member of the Strategic Initiatives team: coordinating projects, support the implementation equity initiatives, and growing the effectiveness of our social change practices. This includes supporting the design of equity-related projects and programs, and helping to weave social justice content and frameworks into existing programmatic structures.
Business Development Internship
California Institute of Behavioral Health (CIBHS) is recruiting for a part-time Business Development Intern with excellent organization, analytical, and communication skills. The Business Development Intern will serve as an essential Development team member: coordinating projects, providing support for new business opportunities, and monitoring CIBHS’s fund development activities. This internship assignment is for 12 months.
